Family Portrait Fundraiser

 

Wild Swans Photography has a fundraising solution that involves minimal effort on your part, and absolutely no cost to the school or organisation!  We organise bookings, payment, delivery of photos and final payment to your school/kindy.

 

We offer family portrait session on location (at a nearby beach, local reserve or at your centre). The sessions run during the weekends, are part of a block of ‘mini sessions’ and are 25 minutes long. This special is available to friends and families of the school/kindy, so we encourage you to invite friends, relatives, neighbours, relatives etc to purchase a session.

 

Your organisation chooses the price of the 25-minute photography session. The entire proceeds of the session cost go to the organisation. For example, if you set the session price at $20, and sell 25 portrait sittings, then your organisation will receive $500

 

The family portrait session includes:

• 25-minute mini photo shoot on location at a beach, reserve or at the centre

• One 5x7 inch print

• A temporary online album containing 10-15 watermarked images for two weeks viewing. This can be shared with friends and family

• A $25 voucher towards their next session

 

Additional prints and digital files can be purchased directly from the photographer at reasonable rates. 15% of the proceeds from the sale of prints and digital files go to your organisation.
